Emmanuel Ebuka, known artistically as “Ebuka Pen”, is a self-taught contemporary artist originally from Nigeria, recognized for his stunning hyper-realistic drawings created with a ballpoint pen. His unique style, which combines hyperrealism with Afro-surrealist influences, reflects a deep connection to his cultural identity and black pride.
From an early age, Ebuka developed a passion for art, and over the years has perfected his technique, excelling at portraiture and depicting natural elements with a high level of detail. Using only pen and paper, the artist creates pieces that evoke deep emotions and reflect his surroundings and personal experiences.
